We are seeking a highly experienced and energetic Senior Interior Designers to lead and independently manage large -scale projects across the Architectural, Commercial, Residential, and Industrial sectors. The ideal candidate will possess in -depth knowledge of regulatory frameworks, a proven track record in handling corporate interior projects, and the ability to oversee projects from concept to completion, including turnkey solutions.
Responsibilities
Independently manage end -to -end architectural design and execution for large -scale projects.
Lead Commercial, Residential, Industrial, and Corporate Interior projects of up to 50,000 sq. ft.
Ensure compliance with local building codes, development control regulations, and norms of various sanctioning bodies.
Prepare project estimates and budgets, particularly for Corporate Interior works.
