We are looking for Customer Success Executives to serve Domestic & International customers for our SAAS Product.

Key Responsibilities :
Run Demos to prospective customers
On-boarding of current accounts and ensure successful implementation.
Provide training, mentorship, and support during initial adoption.
Educate customers on best practices
Excellent client-facing/customer service skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to focus and follow-through to the resolution of issues




Ability to diffuse tension and work the issue at hand
Ask customers targeted questions to quickly understand their requests.
Follow defined steps to resolve the tickets and help the customers
Interact with customers through phone, email or chat, until they- ve solved the issue.
Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams (e.g. software developers).
Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers.
Prioritise and manage several open issues at one time.
Develop training materials and support documentation and self help knowledge base
Multiple language speaker is a plus
