Role & responsibilities

Engage with prospective homeowners and premium clients to understand their requirements.

Conduct sales presentations and solution discussions to drive project conversions.

Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the sales cycle until closure.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular follow-ups.

Present customised interior solutions aligned with client requirements and budgets.

Prepare estimates, proposals, and quotations based on project specifications.

Coordinate with design, operations, and project teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Maintain and manage customer databases with a structured follow-up approach.

Schedule and attend client meetings, site visits, and design consultations.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of commitments.

Generate referrals and explore recent lead-generation prospects.

Achieve monthly revenue and conversion targets.





Provide regular sales updates and pipeline reports to reporting managers.

Preferred candidate profile

46 years of experience in B2C Sales, Closing Sales, Relationship Management, or Client Acquisition.

Candidates from the following industries will be highly preferred:

EdTech Sales

Proven experience in handling premium customers and high-ticket-value sales.

Robust presentation, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.

Ability to build trust and influence customer decision-making.
