Preferred candidate profile
Engineers with experience in Quantity Surveying, Cost Management, and Billing for five-star hotel projects are invited to apply.
RICS-qualified or RICS-enrolled candidates will be given preference.
Proven experience in hotel and mall projects.
Solid knowledge of quantity surveying for interior fit-out and finishing works, including measurement, estimation, billing, and cost control.
Experience in managing project costs, preparing BOQs, certifications, and contractor billing is highly desirable.
