Role Summary

The role focuses on translating sustainability-oriented research into commercially viable technologies and industry-adopted solutions. It combines technology transfer, research partnerships, commercial strategy, and programme management to scale impact in the greening of industries domain.

Key Responsibilities
Translate in-house and external research into impactful, industry-facing projects, particularly in building materials, cementitious materials, industrial wastes, and related areas.
Identify and support commercial strategies for technology transfer in India and internationally, including proof-of-concept and pilot support.
Lead negotiations on technology transfer agreements, licensing contracts, royalties, and transfer fees in coordination with legal experts.
Coordinate patent, copyright, and trademark applications for in-house technology development.




Ensure technology transfer initiatives strengthen and demonstrate research impact.
Liaise with universities, research institutions, and sector organisations for cooperative research and technology development.
Monitor research opportunities, donor trends, and sector announcements; support creation of recent project and business prospects.
Build and maintain industry, consultant, and expert networks to enable

partnerships.
Lead project planning, monitoring, reporting, documentation, and quality assurance.
Manage and guide project teams to ensure high-quality delivery.

Qualifications
Postgraduate degree in Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Sustainability, Materials Science, or related disciplines.
