We are hiring an experienced and enthusiastic F&B; Service Captain to oversee restaurant operations and ensure exceptional service delivery. The role involves supervising dining during all meal periods, coordinating with the kitchen for timely service, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards, and leading the service team to deliver a smooth guest experience. You will also be responsible for training staff, handling guest feedback professionally, and ensuring adherence to service SOPs.

Requirements

Candidates should have at least 1–2 years of experience in a similar role within a hotel or restaurant. Strong leadership skills, team coordination, and a guest-centric approach are essential. Positive communication in Hindi and basic English is required.



Knowledge of restaurant operations, billing, and table service is necessary. The candidate must be flexible with work shifts, including weekends, and should maintain a presentable and positive demeanor at all times.
