Requirements
Post & refresh jobs on various job portals.
Screen & shortlist profiles as per the job descriptions.
Schedule interviews and shortlist the relevant candidates.
Work on headhunting, and sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, and AngelList.
Call the candidates to understand their suitability for the position opened.
Update the tracker and ATS daily.
Assist the manager in various activities as assigned.
