Key resp:
1.Create modular, reusable, and scalable ATF test cases aligned to customer processes.
2.Ensure full coverage for form tests, server/client scripts, UI policies, business rules, workflow actions, Flow Designer, ACLs, and integrations where possible.
3.Experience with automated testing in Portal, Catalog UI, and custom scoped apps.

Req skill & exp:
• 3+ years of overall ServiceNow development experience & functional testing.
• Solid hands-on expertise with Automated Test Framework (ATF) across multiple implementations.
• Proven experience deploying ATF within ServiceNow for various tracks.
• Strong communication and technical documentation skills.
• Experience in Manual Testing within an Agile – Scrum Software Development Process.
• Positive knowledge of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and software testing life cycle (STLC).




• Experienced in reporting the defects using the Defect Management Tool.
• Experienced in preparation of test execution status reports and Defect reports
• Positive experience in preparing Test scenarios, Test cases and preparation of Test reports, results, and other documentations.
• Experience in different types of testing like Functional, Integration, System, Smoke and Regression testing

Nice to have:
Experience in Automating Web Application Testing using Selenium WebDriver with TestNG framework.
Experience in Automating Web Application Testing using Playwright.
Experience in API testing.
Experience of Jira, GITHUB, GIT, Jenkins.
