We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Data Onboarding Executive to manage and drive the seamless onboarding of client data onto the platform. This role involves working closely with customers to ensure smooth data integration, delivering a high-quality onboarding experience, and enabling effective platform adoption.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for customers during the onboarding process, ensuring excellent support and communication.
Manage end-to-end data onboarding and integration, assisting clients in connecting relevant data sources to the platform.
Demonstrate platform features and capabilities, with a focus on data handling and management functionalities.
Follow defined onboarding processes and SLAs, while collecting and sharing customer feedback with internal teams.
Continuously update knowledge of product features, enhancements, and industry trends.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance onboarding processes and improve customer experience.
Guide clients in effectively using the platform,
ensuring maximum adoption and utilization.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Technology, or a related field.
Prior experience in a Data Onboarding, Customer Success, or similar role within a SaaS environment is preferred.
Experience working with financial institutions, broking firms, or investment platforms.
Solid understanding of financial products and instruments such as stocks, bonds, mutual funds, and derivatives.
Familiarity with financial regulations and industry practices.
Strong analytical and data-handling capabilities.
Good understanding of mathematical concepts and basic accounting principles (preferred).
Experience with data aggregation and handling data from multiple financial sources.
Solid communication and persuasion skills to guide customers through onboarding and address queries effectively.
Basic understanding of financial technology (FinTech) platforms and SaaS products is an advantage.
