We are seeking a Celonis Expert with deep expertise in process mining, execution management, and business process optimization to support a high-visibility client engagement. The ideal candidate will combine technical depth in Celonis with robust business acumen to deliver automation and intelligence across Q2C and related enterprise workflows.

Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end Celonis implementations, including data ingestion, modeling, and process analysis
Identify process inefficiencies, deviations, and automation opportunities across Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) and other core workflows
Configure Celonis EMS (Execution Management System) components: data models, KPIs, dashboards, action flows
Develop agentic interventions (automated alerts, guided actions, AI-driven recommendations)
Translate business requirements into Celonis use cases in collaboration with SMEs and stakeholders
Present insights and value cases to senior leadership in a consultative, business-facing manner
Champion best practices in Celonis development, documentation, testing, and knowledge transfer




Support governance frameworks to ensure scalable, sustainable deployments.

Requirements
5+ years of relevant experience, with 3+ years hands-on Celonis EMS/IBC implementation
Proficiency in Celonis tools including PQL (Process Query Language), data modeling, Action Engine
Deep understanding of enterprise processes: Order-to-Cash, Quote-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay
Solid skills in SQL, ETL, data integration, and working with large enterprise datasets
Proven ability to build dashboards, KPIs, and automation flows
Experience with agentic AI systems such as recommendation engines, copilots, or digital assistants
Familiarity with Celonis App Framework, ML Workbench, Python
Prior domain knowledge in telecom or high-tech Quote-to-Cash workflows
Understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and working in distributed team setups
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
