EPM Cloud Support and Hyperion Administrator1
8+ years of experience as Hyperion Administrator in On-prem as well as EPM Cloud setting
Must have Skills-
Hyperion Admin tasks for on-prem components like ESSBASE, Planning, FDMEE, HFM, DRM.
- Proactive maintenance of all the applications across production & non-production environments to ensure availability and resilience
Start & Stop of applications across all environments
Applying patches across all environments
Updating certificates (e.g. SSL, LDAP etc) across applications and across workplace
Basic knowledge of Unix/Linux commands
Hands on L2 and L3 Support experience on Oracle EPM cloud applications PBCS/EPBCS, FCCS, ARCS
- Work on tickets / queries raised by users
Resolve / data fix – transactions.
Bug-fix in the existing code base as prioritized by Hyatt.
Hands on experience in scripting - PowerShell and Python
Knowledge of other components like HFR, Calculation Manager, ODI will be an added advantage
Ready to work in rotational shifts: 17:30 to 02:30 IST and 20:30 - 05:30 IST
