Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of engineers, driving technical excellence and innovation
Design and implement scalable backend services and APIs using Node.js, TypeScript, and .NET
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define architecture, technical requirements, and delivery timelines
Ensure best practices in coding, testing, and deployment across the team
Oversee CI/CD pipelines, conduct code reviews, and maintain high-quality standards
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide guidance on performance optimization
Contribute to strategic decisions on technology stack and architecture

Required Skills & Qualifications
7–10 years of experience in software development, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership role
Robust proficiency in Node.js, TypeScript, and .NET Core
Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
Solid understanding of relational and NoSQL databases (SQL Server, MongoDB, etc.)
Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and DevOps practices
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team management skills
