Role Summary

As a key member of the IT function, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing both on-premise and cloud infrastructure. You will ensure that all systems operate efficiently, securely, and in alignment with business needs, while driving continuous improvement across the technology landscape.

Key Responsibilities
Design and implement scalable, secure, and cost-efficient infrastructure across servers, storage, networks, and cloud environments.
Monitor and optimize resource utilization across cloud platforms and on-prem systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within the infrastructure stack.




Collaborate closely with IT teams, development teams, and external vendors to ensure seamless integrations and smooth operations.
Track system performance, identify bottlenecks, and recommend upgrades or enhancements.
Use automation and scripting to streamline provisioning, monitoring, and management tasks.
Coordinate technology installations, migrations, upgrades, and routine maintenance activities.

Skills & Expertise
Solid hands-on experience with AWS/Azure, server operating systems, virtualization, storage, and networking.
Working knowledge of SD-LAN, SD-WAN, Layer 3 switches, gateways, and firewalls.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
Robust communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
