Job description

We are seeking an experienced Planning Manager to lead project planning and scheduling activities for large-scale industrial projects. The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in handling Chemical, Hydrocarbon, Pharma, or other major Industrial projects with excellent command over project planning tools.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop, monitor, and control detailed project schedules.
Prepare and update project plans using MS Project and Primavera P6.
Track project progress and conduct delay and risk analysis.
Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, and Construction teams.
Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports (MIS).
Ensure timely achievement of project milestones and deliverables.

Job requirements

Requirements:




BE – Mechanical or Civil (Full-time).
Mechanical: Minimum 15 years of experience (Chemical / Hydrocarbon / Pharma industry preferred).
Civil: Minimum 14 years of industrial project experience.
Experience in Pharma / Chemical industries is mandatory.
Solid hands-on experience in MS Project and Primavera P6 is mandatory.
Experience in large-scale industrial projects.
Solid analytical, coordination, and reporting skills.
