Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
3–6 years of experience in mobile application development, including 2–3+ years of hands-on experience with Flutter.
Solid proficiency in Dart, Flutter widgets, state management solutions (Provider, Bloc, Cubit, GetX), and asynchronous programming.
Exposure to native Android and/or iOS development is a strong advantage.
Solid understanding of mobile architecture patterns such as MVVM, MVC, or Clean Architecture.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, mobile build processes, and deployment workflows.
Hands-on experience with Firebase, push notifications, analytics, and app store submissions.
Robust debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and within cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop,



and maintain high-quality cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter (Dart).
Own the complete mobile development lifecycle, from requirement analysis and design to deployment and maintenance.
Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver seamless and engaging user experiences.
Optimize applications for performance, stability, scalability, and responsiveness.
Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code following best engineering practices.
Conduct code reviews, share feedback, and mentor junior developers.
Integrate RESTful APIs, third-party SDKs, and external services.
Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks.
Stay up to date with the latest Flutter updates, libraries, and mobile development trends.
