o Create documentation /runbooks and code snippets to share with clients and internal engineering teams

• Must Have Skills
o Primary Skill
Hands on experience in programming languages - Java
Debugging API calls, writing quality-of-life snippets for clients
Creating scripts for debug tooling
Basic knowledge Of UI and API integration
Basic knowledge Of SQL
Presentable to clients and a transparent, empathetic communicator able to talk to clients and stakeholders with confidence.
Willing to execute on support issues while also building out the function and automating resolution of repeat issues
o Secondary Skills
• Experience with working in UNIX workplace
• Hands on experience in scripting languages Shell script or Perl
• Basic knowledge of RDBMS settings such as Sybase ASE/IQ, Oracle or DB2 etc.
