What you'll be doing:
Build and maintain rates in the operational system based on the needs of both internal and external clients.
Coordinate and follow up with ocean carriers, ports, trucking companies, and overseas agents to ensure the timely release and delivery of cargo.
Process requests within the established timeframes.
Explore various transport options with shipping companies, trucking companies, and group agents, negotiating the best possible rates for clients.
Negotiate tariff rates.
Monitor and update rates in the operational system.
Serve as the primary point of contact for overseas agents and suppliers.
Perform accurate and timely data entry.

-Work in the US time-zone

Who you are:

-Fluent in English (at least C1 or more)

-Has at least 1 year of experience in ocean freight operations

-Experience in an international company would be a plus

-Self-confident, team player, committed and results-driven
