We are looking for an experienced Network Engineer with robust expertise in network and security infrastructure. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical knowledge, excellent troubleshooting skills, and a customer-first mindset, with the ability to manage critical issues confidently and efficiently.
Key Skills & Requirements
Strong understanding of Firewalls (Palo Alto), IP networking, and Internet technologies, with hands-on experience in Cisco or Aruba switching and routing platforms.
Certifications such as CCNP or CCIE will be an advantage.
Extensive experience across multiple network and security platforms including Aruba Wireless, Aruba ClearPass, ACI, F5, Netskope Proxies, and VMware NSX.
Solid analytical abilities and end-to-end troubleshooting skills, with the capability to take full ownership of complex network incidents.
Familiarity with UNIX, Linux, Windows, SNMP, and Microsoft Active Directory.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach and the ability to remain calm under pressure and handle urgent situations effectively.
