Design, implement, and maintain LACP -based network configurations across enterprise environments.
Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity and performance issues related to link aggregation.
Collaborate with cross -functional teams to ensure alignment between network architecture and business requirements.
Monitor network health and proactively identify potential bottlenecks or failures.
Document network designs, configurations, and change logs for compliance and knowledge sharing.
Stay current with emerging networking technologies and best practices to support continuous improvement.
Requirements
ITI (LACP) (3–9 years)
3–9 years of hands -on experience in network engineering or IT infrastructure roles.
Proven expertise in LACP implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting on Cisco, Juniper, or similar platforms.
Solid understanding of Ethernet switching, VLANs, STP, and high -availability network designs.
Familiarity with network monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, PRTG, Nagios).
Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent are highly desirable.
Excellent problem -solving skills and ability to work independently and in team settings.
Robust written and verbal communication skills for technical documentation and stakeholder engagement.
