We are currently in search of a Pre Commissioning and Commissioning Manager to join our team in Saudi Arabia. This critical position is responsible for overseeing the entire pre-commissioning and commissioning phase of multiple projects, ensuring systems are tested, validated, and operationally ready for handover to clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Direct and manage all pre-commissioning and commissioning activities in alignment with project schedules and objectives.
Develop and implement comprehensive commissioning plans, procedures, and checklists for effective execution.
Act as a primary liaison between project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Oversee the testing and validation processes to ensure all systems meet design parameters and performance specifications.
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve any issues that arise during the commissioning phase to ensure timely project delivery.
Compile detailed reports on progress, compliance, and commissioning outcomes for management and stakeholders.




Promote a culture of safety and quality while ensuring adherence to industry regulations and standards.
Mentor and develop junior engineers and project staff involved in the commissioning process.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or a related field).
At least 10 years of relevant experience in pre-commissioning and commissioning within the construction, energy, or similar sectors.
Proven expertise in leading commissioning projects and teams, with a focus on collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
In-depth understanding of commissioning methodologies, tools, and best practices.
Robust analytical skills, with the ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and documentation.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Robust problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail.
Thorough knowledge of safety standards and regulatory requirements pertinent to the industry.
Flexibility to travel to project sites as required.
