Position Overview:
We’re looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Recruiter based in India to support our hiring needs across global markets. You’ll be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating top-tier candidates across various departments. This is a key role with room for long-term growth, leadership opportunities, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle recruitment for roles in sales, operations, tech, and admin
Source high-quality candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and direct outreach
Conduct initial interviews and shortlist solid profiles
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback




Maintain detailed records using ATS or hiring platforms
Help improve hiring processes and build robust talent pipelines
Represent Lytegen’s culture and values in all communication

Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of recruiting experience (BPO, SaaS, or solar background is a plus)
Proven experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, or similar tools
Excellent communication and time management skills
Comfortable working independently and meeting deadlines
Solid English proficiency (written and spoken)
Tech-savvy and detail-oriented
Passionate about helping people and building high-performing teams
