About the Role:
We’re seeking a highly motivated Recruiter based in Mohali to join our expanding Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in sourcing, screening, and selecting top-tier candidates for various roles across our global operations. This position is remote to start, with the chance to transition into a hybrid or in-office role once our India office opens its doors.
Key Responsibilities:
Source qualified candidates through job boards, social media, internal databases, and other sourcing strategies.
Conduct initial screenings and phone interviews to assess candidate fit.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure smooth scheduling.
Maintain up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Communicate with applicants throughout the recruitment process and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Collaborate with internal teams to understand hiring needs and refine job requirements.
Support onboarding processes and documentation for selected hires.
1–3 years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, or HR coordination (agency or in-house).
Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).
Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines in a remote workplace.
Familiarity with job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and ATS tools.
Self-starter with strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
