The ideal candidate will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience aligned with the company’s talent strategy.

Requirements
Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team needs
Prepare and post job advertisements on relevant platforms (e.g., job portals, social media)
Source candidates using various methods (online channels, networking, referrals)
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone/video interviews
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Maintain and update recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
Follow up with candidates and provide timely feedback
Manage offer letters, pre-joining formalities, and documentation
Support employer branding and campus hiring initiatives
Prepare and share recruitment MIS/reports with HR and leadership
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
