Responsibilities
Responsible for the acquisition and procurement of significant private and government projects within the designated market through the utilization of personal connections and influencing decision-makers.
Develop and maintain robust rapport with key stakeholders to facilitate project sales, including builders, contractors, applicators, architects, and approving authorities.
Perform thorough market research and analysis to understand project-specific requirements, competitor activities, and market trends, utilizing this information to shape sales strategies.
Effectively communicate product quality and advantages to project stakeholders through presentations, demonstrations, and promotional activities.
Monitor project sales performance, compile comprehensive reports on sales activities, and provide insights to the Sales Manager for strategic decision-making.
Cultivate and sustain solid relationships with key project customers,
ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Collaborate closely with the Sales Manager and other team members to ensure cohesive and strategic sales efforts.
Ensure full compliance with the company's reporting requirements, maintaining accurate and timely records in both online and offline formats.
Requirements

2 - 6 years of experience in Project Sales, preferably from the Construction Chemical / Cement industry.
Any Graduate or Post Graduate Degree / Diploma in Marketing Management.
