Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the organization's business goals
Manage the recruitment and selection process to ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience
Oversee and manage performance appraisal systems to drive high levels of employee productivity and engagement
Support current and future business needs through talent management, career development, succession planning, and employee retention strategies

Qualifications:




Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field; Master’s degree in Human Resources Management or relevant field will be a plus

Competence in HR software or Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)
