Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Horticulturist to lead landscaping and horticulture projects across residential and commercial spaces. The ideal candidate should have strong plant knowledge, leadership skills, and experience in designing, executing, and maintaining green landscapes.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of 20+ horticulturists.
Plan, execute, and maintain residential and commercial landscaping projects.
Design and implement indoor plant installations, vertical gardens, and biophilic spaces.
Ensure proper plant selection, planting, irrigation, and maintenance practices.
Coordinate with clients, architects, and project teams to deliver high-quality landscapes.
Supervise site activities while maintaining quality, safety, and project timelines.
Prepare planting plans, BOQs, and site reports.
Monitor plant health and recommend pest and disease management solutions.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Horticulture, Agriculture, Landscape Architecture, or a related field.
Proven experience of more than 5 years.
Experience handling large-scale residential and commercial landscape projects.
Strong knowledge of indoor plants, vertical gardens, and biophilic design.
Proficiency in AutoCAD.
Working knowledge of irrigation systems.
Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel to project sites when required.
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of landscape execution and maintenance.
Ability to read landscape drawings and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
Strong organisational and project management skills.
Pay: From ₹60,000.00 per month
