Job Title: Accounts Executive / Accountant

Location: Office-based

Working Hours:

- 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM or
- 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM

About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in financial accounting, billing, GST filing, and proficiency in Tally. Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting records in Tally
- Generate invoices/bills and ensure timely entry & accuracy
- Prepare and update quotations, purchase orders, and financial statements
- Handle GST return filing (monthly/quarterly)
- Manage accounts receivables & payables
- Assist in bank reconciliation, ledger management & documentation
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams for account-related tasks




- Support senior management in financial reporting

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 1 years of experience in accounting
- Strong knowledge of Tally ERP, billing, and quotation preparation
- Hands-on experience with GST filing and basic taxation
- Excellent understanding of accounting principles
- Good communication & organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Salary

- ₹20,000 per month (for candidates with relevant experience)
- Final salary may vary based on skills & experience
