Key Responsibilities

 Handle end-to-end recruitment for restaurant and corporate positions.

 Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, consultants, and walk-in drives.

 Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and schedule interviews with hiring managers.

 Coordinate recruitment for Front of House, Back of House, Kitchen, Bar, Delivery, Corporate, and Support functions.

 Manage bulk hiring for new restaurant openings and expansion projects.

 Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

 Coordinate offer letters, salary negotiations, and joining formalities.

 Ensure timely closure of vacancies as per hiring timelines.

 Build a solid talent pipeline for future manpower requirements.

 Maintain positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

 Coordinate with HR Operations for on boarding and induction.

 Prepare recruitment MIS reports and hiring dashboards.

 Participate in job fairs, campus recruitment, and recruitment events

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
