Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates while ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies.
- Create and post job advertisements on job portals and social media.
- Source candidates through job boards, referrals, networking, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone or video interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Evaluate candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
- Conduct reference and background checks when required.
- Prepare and extend job offers to selected candidates.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.
- Support employer branding and campus recruitment initiatives.




- Generate recruitment reports and track hiring metrics.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of recruitment experience (freshers with robust communication skills may also be considered for entry-level roles).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong interviewing and candidate assessment abilities.
- Familiarity with job portals, LinkedIn, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of HR policies and labor laws.
- Experience with ATS and HRMS software.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple positions simultaneously.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
