The Digital Marketing Executive supports the planning and day-to-day execution of digital marketing campaigns across social media, paid ads, content, and email. This is an execution-focused role suited for someone early-to-mid career, working under the guidance of a manager to implement strategy on the ground.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute and schedule content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) as per the content calendar
- Assist in setting up and monitoring paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads)
- Track daily/weekly performance metrics (reach, engagement, CTR, conversions) and prepare basic reports
- Coordinate with the design/content/video team to get creatives and copy produced on time
- Respond to comments, messages, and community engagement across social channels
- Support SEO activities — keyword research, on-page optimization, basic link-building
- Assist with email marketing — list management, campaign setup, basic performance tracking




- Conduct competitor and market research as needed
- Maintain organized records of campaigns, creatives, and performance data
- Support client communication and reporting (in agency settings)

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or related field
- 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing (freshers with robust fundamentals may apply)
- Basic understanding of social media platforms and their best practices
- Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva, Google Analytics (training can be provided)
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
