Key Roles Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, design coordination, and execution of infrastructure development projects.
- Prepare and review Detailed Project Reports (DPRs), technical reports, estimates, drawings, and project documentation.
- Support tender preparation, including BOQs, technical specifications, cost estimates, bid documents, and tender evaluations.
- Coordinate with clients, Government departments, consultants, and contractors for smooth project execution.
- Review engineering drawings, designs, and technical submissions to ensure compliance with project requirements and applicable standards.
- Conduct site visits, monitor project progress, and prepare inspection and progress reports.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, quality standards, and statutory regulations.
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and monitoring of project milestones.
- Prepare presentations, Minutes of Meetings (MoMs), progress reports, and MIS reports.
- Support contract administration, variation analysis, and resolution of technical issues during project implementation.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure timely delivery of project outputs.
Required Skills
- Sound knowledge of civil engineering principles and infrastructure project execution.
- Experience in DPR preparation, tender documentation, and PMC assignments.
- Familiarity with Government procurement procedures and infrastructure project documentation.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and project planning tools.
- Solid analytical, technical, and report-writing skills.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and work within project timelines.

B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
