Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Executive to manage and grow our company’s digital presence. The ideal candidate should have a passion for content creation, stay updated with industry trends, and possess basic design skills using tools like Canva.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain company social media accounts (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, etc.)
- Research and curate relevant content related to the IT industry and general trends
- Plan and execute social media strategies to improve engagement and brand visibility
- Create engaging posts, captions, and monthly content calendars
- Monitor social media trends, hashtags, and competitor activity
- Coordinate with internal teams to align content with business objectives
- Track performance metrics and optimize campaigns based on insights
- Create basic graphics, reels, and posts using Canva or similar tools

Required Skills:





- Basic understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms
- Strong research and content writing skills
- Interest in IT-related and trending content
- Familiarity with Canva or similar design tools
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and creativity

Preferred Qualifications:

- Prior experience or internship in social media management
- Basic knowledge of video editing tools
- Familiarity with analytics tools (Meta Insights, LinkedIn Analytics, etc.)
