Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and technically strong FLEXCUBE Technical Consultant to join our team in Marathahalli, Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of experience in PL/SQL development, FLEXCUBE customization, and end-to-end implementation. This role requires strong problem-solving abilities, good knowledge of banking modules, and experience with Oracle RAD tools.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement PL/SQL scripts, stored procedures, and backend components.

Customize FLEXCUBE modules using Oracle RAD (UI forms, workflows, business rules).

Assist in the installation and setup of FLEXCUBE environments (DEV/TEST/PROD).

Troubleshoot issues and provide quick resolutions across key modules.

Collaborate with QA, Business Analysts, and Project Managers to deliver robust solutions.

Analyze logs and trace files to fix bugs and implement patches.

Work independently with minimal supervision, displaying strong ownership and initiative.

Required Skills:

Strong PL/SQL Development

Hands-on experience with database scripting,



batch jobs, data corrections.

FLEXCUBE 12.x and Higher Expertise

Experience in customization, upgrades, or implementations.

Exposure to FLEXCUBE 14.x features is a plus.

Oracle RAD Customization Skills

Ability to modify workflows, forms, and dynamic scripting.

Proficiency in UI customization and form builder.

FLEXCUBE Environment Setup

Installation experience across DEV, TEST, and PROD environments.

Knowledge of Oracle WebLogic, DB configurations, and deployment automation.

Solid debugging and problem-solving abilities.

Quick resolution of issues by analyzing logs and applying suitable patches.

Nice to Have:

Exposure to FLEXCUBE integrations with external systems (OFSAA, OBIEE, etc.).

Understanding of Agile methodologies or SDLC in BFSI domain.

Oracle certification or FLEXCUBE-specific training.
