Role & Responsibilities

- Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and safety standards across construction projects.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, company policies, BOCW Act, Contract Labour Act, and other applicable safety requirements.
- Conduct site safety inspections, audits, risk assessments, and hazard identification.
- Monitor high-risk activities including Work at Height, Excavation, Scaffolding, Lifting Operations, Hot Work, Confined Space Entry, and Electrical Safety.
- Ensure availability and maintenance of first aid, fire protection systems, emergency response equipment, labour welfare facilities, labour camps, sanitation, crche facilities, and access control systems.
- Manage PPE availability, usage, compliance, and contractor safety performance.
- Ensure inspection, testing, and preventive maintenance of lifting equipment, electrical installations, earth-moving equipment, and firefighting systems.
- Lead incident investigations, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and implementation of Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA).
- Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, mock drills, safety campaigns, and awareness programs.




- Maintain HSE documentation, statutory registers, safety reports, KPIs, and audit records.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Consultants, Contractors, Clients, and Government Authorities.
- Lead and mentor the site safety team while driving continuous improvement in safety performance.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Engineering or Science.
- ADIS (Advanced Diploma in Industrial Safety) from MSBT is mandatory.
- 8 to 13 years of experience in Construction/Real Estate projects.
- Experience in high-rise residential/commercial building projects.
- Strong knowledge of HSE standards, statutory compliance, fire safety, risk assessment, incident investigation, and emergency response.
- Excellent communication, leadership, stakeholder management, and team management skills.
- Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
- Candidates with a notice period of up to 30 days may also apply.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
