A Production Manager for Dry Injection Sterile (Pharmaceutical) oversees the end-to-end manufacturing of sterile dry powder injections, ensuring compliance with GMP, FDA, or WHO standards. They optimize production schedules, manage staff, and ensure quality control, requiring 8-15 years of experience, technical expertise in lyophilization and sterile filling, and strong leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Production & Planning: Develop schedules for sterile powder filling, vial sterilization, and lyophilization, ensuring adherence to cGMP, SOPs, and safety standards.
- Operations & Quality: Maximize efficiency through lean manufacturing and troubleshoot equipment to improve yields, while reviewing BMRs and reporting performance.
- Team Management: Supervise and mentor personnel,



ensuring proper training and staffing levels.

Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor’s in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Science, or Chemical Engineering.
- Experience: 8–15 years in sterile/dry powder manufacturing, with expertise in lyophilization.
- Skills: Robust leadership, analytical troubleshooting, and communication.
- Preferred: Master's degree, experience with lean transformation, or regulatory approval.

Pay: ₹60,310.45 - ₹85,311.97 per month
