Vasundhara Construction is seeking a talented, experienced, and creative Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for architectural planning, designing, project execution, site supervision, and coordination for residential and commercial construction projects. The candidate should possess robust technical expertise, practical site experience, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare architectural plans, working drawings, and construction layouts.
- Develop 2D & 3D designs using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar software.
- Prepare project costing, BOQs, and estimation.
- Conduct regular site visits and supervise construction activities.
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, vendors, and project teams.
- Monitor project progress to ensure quality standards and timely completion.
- Manage project documentation, reports, and drawing revisions.




- Communicate effectively with clients to understand project requirements and provide design solutions.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and project specifications.
