Position: Export & Import Operations Executive

Experience Required:

Minimum 3 years of experience in the Export-Import or Logistics Industry.

Educational Qualification:

BBA or Graduation in any discipline.

Salary:
₹30,000 per month.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle export and import documentation.
- Coordinate and follow up with the marketing team for lead generation activities.
- Track marketing reach and analyze lead generation data.
- Distribute leads and data to the sales team and monitor sales-related activities.
- Manage purchase operations and vendor coordination.
- Calculate freight costs, landed costs, and product costing.
- Generate Proforma Invoices (PI).
- Maintain bills, records, and operational documents.
- Track RoDTEP benefits and related documentation.
- Follow up with shipping lines for security deposit refunds.




- Coordinate and process government incentive claims.
- Verify Shipping Bills and Bills of Entry as per checklist requirements.
- Prepare quotations and landed cost calculations.
- Manage CRM utilization, lead allocation, and tracking.
- Submit weekly reports to management.
- Coordinate with and support the sales team in achieving targets.
- Assist in lead generation and business development activities.

Required Skills:

- Strong knowledge of export-import procedures and documentation.
- Good analytical and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software.
- Solid communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
