We're hiring a smart, detail-oriented graduate to support our publishing operations. You'll work with modern AI-assisted tools to manage data, run email campaigns, and check the quality of information before it goes out. No prior experience needed — we provide full training. We're looking for aptitude, careful thinking, and ownership, not a fancy CV.

What You'll Do (training provided for all of this)

- Check and verify data prepared by our software/AI tools against online sources, using easy step-by-step checklists.
- Enter, clean, and organize data in Excel / Google Sheets.
- Prepare and send email campaigns using ready templates; track basic reports (opens, clicks, bounces).
- Handle author replies and follow-ups using approved templates.
- Do basic quality checks on records and web pages and flag any errors.
- Share a short daily work report.

Who Should Apply

- Any graduate (B.Com / BA / B.Sc / BBA, B.Tech etc.) — freshers encouraged.




- Good written English (the work is email- and document-based).
- Basic Excel / Google Sheets and comfortable using computers and the internet.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and willingness to learn.
- Reliable, organized, and based in or able to commute to Visakhapatnam.
