Job Purpose:

The Liaisoning & Documentation Executive will be responsible for handling all government approvals, utility clearances, net metering processes, and subsidy paperwork for residential, commercial, and industrial (C&I;) solar projects. This role ensures that all installations comply with the electricity board's regulations and are legally commissioned without delays.

Key Responsibilities:

- DISCOM Coordination: Manage end-to-end net metering applications and coordination with local DISCOM offices (MPPKVVCL / West Discom) for project sanctions and approvals.
- Government Approvals: Handle paperwork and approvals required from the Chief Electrical Inspectorate (CEIG), MP Urja Vikas Nigam (MPUVN), and other regulatory bodies.
- Documentation Management: Prepare, review, and organize all project-related files, technical data sheets, single-line diagrams (SLD), and consumer legal documents required for submission.
- Site Inspections:



Coordinate and facilitate physical joint site inspections with electricity board officials for meter testing, solar plant verification, and final commissioning.
- Subsidy & Incentives processing: Smoothly track and process subsidy documents for residential projects under government solar portal schemes to ensure timely clearances.

Requirements:

- Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering, Science, or Business Administration.
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Solar Liaisoning in Madhya Pradesh.
- Strong working knowledge of West Discom (MPPKVVCL) online portals, net metering regulations, and CEIG approval procedures.
- Robust networking and communication skills in Hindi and English to confidently deal with government officials.
- Willingness to travel locally within Indore and neighboring regions for office visits and inspections.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹57,560.72 per month
