- Getting project details from designing head and project Architect.
- Understand the project and its requirements with project note.
- After the quantity taken from final design and drawings confirm the same with project Architect and designing Head.
- Completing the BOQ preparation of the project as per the priority list given by the management.
- Obtain and review offers and quotes by subcontractors or vendors.
- Submitting estimation to management for final approval and sending to the clients (update the same with clients).
- Receiving the additional requirement from Admin, prepare and submit the additional BOQ to the client after getting the approval from Architect Head and submitting the same to the Admin.
