Job Title: Junior HR Executive cum Coordinator

Job Summary

We are looking for a smart, energetic, and multitasking Junior HR Executive cum Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate should be able to manage HR recruitment, coordinate with the sales team, handle customer calling and follow-ups, and support management with day-to-day office operations..

Key ResponsibilitiesHR & Recruitment

- Source candidates through job portals (Indeed, Naukri, etc.).
- Screen resumes and schedule interviews.
- Coordinate interviews and employee joining formalities.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Track attendance and leave records.

Sales & Customer Calling

- Make follow-up calls to existing and prospective customers.
- Coordinate with the sales team regarding daily activities and customer visits.
- Follow up on quotations, customer inquiries, and pending payments.
- Maintain customer records and update Excel/CRM.

Coordination & Administration





- Coordinate with different departments for smooth workflow.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Maintain office records and documentation.
- Assist management with administrative and operational tasks.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline (MBA in HR is an added advantage).
- 2-5 years of experience in HR, Recruitment, Telecalling, Customer Support, or Administration.
- Valuable communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and MS Office.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Salary

₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on skills and experience)
