Responsibilities:
1. Pre sales activities
2. Post Sales activities.
3. Other Accounts Administration.
4. Marketing & Lead Generation Activities
Desired Candidate profile:
* Commerce / Business Graduate with a Marketing major, or graduation in any stream with an MBA
* Excellent written and verbal communication is required to deal with leads from across the globe
* High level of computer literacy (e.g. should be proficient with word processing, spreadsheets, ppt, email etc, and be keen and quick to learn recent applications)
* Logical & lateral thinker as they have to be able to understand the correct response to different customer types, and not depend on a fixed process.
* Experience in accounts with ZohoBook (or similar) is favourable.
* Experience with creation or editing of videos or professional social media posts would be favourably regarded but not essential.
