Job Summary:

Felix Hospital, Noida is seeking an experienced Manager / Sr. Manager – Project (Civil) to oversee hospital construction and structural projects. The candidate will be responsible for planning, execution, and completion of civil and structural works in line with healthcare standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end execution of civil construction projects for hospital infrastructure
- Oversee structural building work including RCC, finishing, and interior coordination
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, and contractors
- Monitor site activities, quality standards, and safety compliance
- Review drawings, BOQs, and project plans
- Ensure adherence to hospital design norms and regulatory standards
- Handle vendor management, billing, and project documentation
- Conduct regular site inspections and progress reviews





Eligibility Criteria:

- Qualification: B.Tech / BE in Civil Engineering
- Experience: 8–15 years in civil project execution
- Industry Preference: Hospital/Healthcare infrastructure experience is highly preferred
