We are looking for a friendly and confident Telecaller who can handle incoming and outgoing calls, assist customers with salon services, and convert inquiries into bookings.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Call potential and existing clients to promote salon services and offers
- Book, reschedule, and manage appointments
- Provide accurate information about services, pricing, and ongoing offers
- Maintain customer database and call records
- Follow up with leads and existing clients for repeat bookings
- Ensure a positive and professional customer experience on every call

Requirements:

- Positive communication skills (Hindi & basic English required)
- Confident and polite phone etiquette
- Basic knowledge of salon services (hair, skin, makeup) preferred
- Ability to handle customers patiently
- Basic computer skills (Excel / CRM entry)
- Prior telecalling or customer support experience is a plus

Pay: ₹8,487.03 - ₹30,660.27 per month
