About the Team: Bill Payments is one of the top products at Paytm, driving significant GMV and revenue for Paytm, and as such is critical for Paytm's overall success. The product team works on solving critical aspects pertaining to driving more traffic, improving conversion and driving key product metrics.
About the Role: We are seeking motivated individuals to join our product team with strong product analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Create funnels, with various cuts to get a better understanding of what is performing and what is not.
Identify prospects to improve the funnel, and present the data with numbers. Ability to measure improvements.
Ability to create strategies to move the assigned metrics.
Ability to work with engineering to have data pipelines for metrics.
Creating stories, grooming and driving features based on the analysis done.
Ability to work with UX, business to drive initiatives.
Requirements:- Robust skills in SQL.- Excellent understanding of funnels, and ability to identify capabilities needed to improve.
Create stories, wireframes, and work with design to create figma.- Ability to work with other products, business teams, and engineering on a daily basis.
Strong inter-personal experience
Preferred Qualifications:- 4+ years of experience working as a product analyst/consultant.
A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a comparable discipline is required, with prior experience in data analysis or a related field being advantageous.
Experience working in B2C space, defining funnels, improving funnels is mandatory
Experience driving initiatives is required.
