We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead the development and enhancement of Farmers for Forests’ (F4F) digital products — including operations, inventory management, and AI -based tree detection and carbon estimation systems. The ideal candidate will bring solid experience in product strategy, stakeholder management, and cross -functional coordination to translate user needs into scalable and impactful technology solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Define and prioritize product roadmaps for F4F’s digital platforms, ensuring usability, reliability, and scalability.

Oversee end -to -end product lifecycle management — from planning, requirement gathering, and design to deployment and maintenance.

Translate complex requirements into transparent documentation, user stories, and product specifications.

Collaborate with technology, operations, and research teams to align product development with organizational goals and field requirements.

Manage user testing, feedback loops, and continuous improvement cycles to enhance product functionality and user experience.

Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth data workflows across systems (e.g.,



drone data, field data, and dashboards).

Track key product metrics, report performance, and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
