About the role:
As an HR Executive at Fusion Practices you will be responsible for managing the employee lifecycle from onboarding to separation. Our ideal candidate should have experience in handling HR -related tasks and should be familiar with relevant laws and regulations.
Experience in ZOHO is must
Responsibilities
Organize, compile,
update company personnel records and documentation
Develop and oversee recent hire orientation, onboarding efforts, and employee termination process
Excellent organizational and time -management skills
Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and legal Responsibilities
Ability to effectively use computer software including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and HR software
Work for a complete Visa procedure for international Hiring
Act as a reliable and supportive team member
Data -driven mindset
Requirements
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related area
2+ years of experience working in Human Resources
Fluent communication and interpersonal skills
