We are seeking a dynamic Sales & Marketing Executive to drive business growth through client acquisition, relationship management, and marketing activities. The role involves handling leads (IndiaMART, E-commerce), preparing proposals, coordinating with the design & execution team, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate recent business opportunities through leads, referrals, and market research.
Follow up on IndiaMART and other digital leads to convert into clients.
Develop and maintain solid client relationships to ensure repeat and referral business.
Present company services and solutions to prospective clients in a qualified manner.
Coordinate with design, project, and execution teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Assist in preparing quotations, proposals,



and marketing materials.
Plan and execute promotional campaigns, both online and offline.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as defined by management.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in Sales / Marketing.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of interior design / construction industry is an advantage.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and online lead platforms (like IndiaMART).
