Our client, a leading luxury furniture and joinery manufacturer, is seeking a highly skilled Production Head to oversee and drive excellence in their production facility in Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the full production cycle for joinery and high-end furniture.
Ensure premium quality standards are consistently achieved.
Optimize workflows, resource allocation, and efficiency across operations.
Oversee a large production team, driving performance and training initiatives.
Collaborate with design and project teams to deliver bespoke luxury solutions.

Requirements:
Proven experience in joinery, bespoke furniture, or high-end fit-out production.
Solid leadership and team management skills.
Ability to implement systems, processes, and quality controls.
Prior experience in India or GCC is an advantage (client is open to GCC-based candidates looking to relocate).
