Technology : Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant
Roles and responsibilities:
Must have direct client interaction experience
Minimum three end-to-end implementations as a Functional HCM skilled
Expertise in at least Two (2) Oracle Fusion HCM modules in functional capacity . Payroll or compensation and benefit experience is added advantage.
Implementation experience of 2 -3 Modules, with experience on integrations.
Should have handled Teams/ Project on their own
Not a Business User or Support Team User
Exposure to technical areas (SQL, PL/SQL, Java, etc.) would be an added advantage
implementation of Oracle Fusion Payroll module) with experience in Compensation & Perks would be added advantage.
Skills in implementation in multi geographies would be an added advantage
Excellent documentation / reporting writing skills
Positive attitude and open to learn
Ready to travel
Industry experience in relevant functional areas of having handled key business processes over and above Oracle Fusion HCM experience would be an added advantage
Should have Problem solving abilities
